Just a quick one... Does anyone actually read the bio that other users put up about themselves? We're finding so many people message us asking for something completely different to what we have clearly said we are looking for... Then some even get rude about being told no. |

Aaaah the age old issue!
It's a well known Fab fact, that people don't read profiles.
For a giggle a friend added something to mine a few days ago.
I've had over 300 messages since, only 3 had did as asked |

Does having a designated subject title for messaging make any difference? |

Apparently mine is too long to read for a lot of people but if people don't read it they don't get a reply. I think if someone cba to read your profile they're probably going to be selfish lovers so why should I make the effort. I'm not that desperate.. |

We find that we get lots of winks from people and we are not what they seek ie bi fem ,similar they are not for us.
It doesn't take 2 mins to just have a read and saves wasted time on both sides .

Yes I’ve had that. Simple response, if you can’t be arsed to read it, I can’t be arsed to meet you. Got to love the “fill in later” brigade who have been on over a year. |

I would think a large majority don't read them based on the amount of winks we delete when our profile says that we bulk delete winks. Then there's the read and ignore brigade "Yes I've read your profile but..." and then there are some that do make the effort and they are a breath of fresh air. |

I always read bios. But not everyone does. On our couple's we ask for a word to be quoted (which some people don't like this) but it saves me time replying to guys that are then just going to ask "so what you into then" or you free now.

Same. Keyword is useful. The amount that realise they’re still not what I’m looking for but try anyway is still annoying. Always like to read a well thought out profile. Especially where you can see someone really has some wit and a good sense of humour. The worst are the big cock owners who think that a decent appendage makes up for zero personality. |

I cannot understand why people would not read the profile, it is the first thing I would do if I like the person’s pictures. I know a lot do not read mine even though I shortened it, does irritate me. |

It’s really frustrating when you’ve gone to the trouble of writing an informative profile and people ignore it. Even worse when they message and try to convince you to change your mind on something you clearly state you’re not interested in.
We used to think some people sounded really arsey on their profiles, totally understand it now.
Makes it all worthwhile though when you get a decent message that leads to a great meet! |
