its not just semen that can transfer STI's any skin to skin especially "mucosal" contact can transfer infection.

there is a much lower risk of transferring something with oral and lower still if no cum in mouth. It's why for me I tend to normally only take it on my face.. avoiding my eyes |

I’ve already had my STD check up and won’t be seeing the nurse for a little while, so curious to know more.
