That is the crucial moment. Usually I've just spent a long time going down on the lady I'm with and although I love it, if you're focusing on orally pleasuring a woman for a fair while you tend to lose your erection while you do it (in my experience anyway). Don't wait until the point of no return to put it on. Put it on earlier and continue your foreplay. He'll have time to accustom to the sensation and get fully hard again.
Also, make sure you're using the right size. Too small will limit circulation of blood and cause him to soften. |

Integrate putting on a condom as part of the play rather than stop, open packet, roll on etc.
If the lady helps with hands, kissing, continuing with the foreplay, I've never had an issue.
In my opinion, and it is only my opinion, if you go soft when you are putting on a condom during that brief pause in play, would you also go soft if you change positions? |

If it's not just one guy, it's several, then I think it may be something to discuss. Certainly while it's being put on, you need to make it less of an interruption and more part of the action. Potentially you can still be very close to penetration and have it put on - just ensure there's no chance of genital to genital contact etc.
If speed of getting it on is an issue, then practicing it should get it faster. This is easier if you have repeat meet partners.
Always have the condoms and/or lube in the most convenient place too. The less clinical an undertaking it is, the better - transition it to part of the sexual foreplay between you. |

I like to put them on my partners. I know they have been put on properly too then as the amount of guys that don't pinch the tip surprises me.

Some like myself may simply be out of practise. I don't use them for 99% of sex as that is with my wife and not every swinging session is full swap.

I never had to use condoms as I've been in several ltr for the past few years. The times where I've had to use them regularly I was in my 20s and it was never an issue. Since joining fab I have been reintroduced to the joys of condoms. Firstly it kinda kills the mood and secondly it doesn't feel the same at all having gotten use to fucking without. I've had a problem with condoms for a while now. It was never a problem when younger but I got into a steady relationship fairly young which lasted a few years and since then I've had the problem of loosing my erection when putting 1 on. I had this on Saturday night a condom wrapper that had to be waterproof to 200ft and couldn't have got it open with a can opener. Putting one isnt a problem for most its getting the right size. If its to tight its uncomfortable and can be painful. If i use durex i get a very light bruised ring mark around my dick where the ring of the condom sits but woth skyns no problems at all |

You could always help, learn to roll it down it with your lips. Works a treat just make sure you pinch the end and put it on the tip first so no air gets trapped and no contacts made |
