Hi i know this post is not related to swinging but does anyone know how i can copy music files from an external h/d to my new laptop please? my old laptop was running xp the new one is windows 7 but cant seem to be able to copy files to new lappy

the operating system make NO difference.
Providing they are common music files, and you have the music player with the correct codec installed they should play (such as mp3, mp4, wma, ogg)
Just select the files you want, right click, and select copy. then paste to the next location. are via a keyboard Ctrl + C (to copy) and then Ctrl + V ( to drop)
Alternatively drag and drop using the mouse.. |
