Is it possible to book hotels or is there other ideas for after noon meets. Who has any idas

Try Dayuse dot com - it is a good website for booking day use hotels.

Loads of the big hotels do day rooms. I pay about £30 for a day room at a large chain hotel that charges about £120 for an overnight. If you look for hotel day rooms you should find them.
