I have the same kind of issues but with body confidence, my stomach, thighs just everything. Fab hasn't really helped especially when you hear men's unkind opinions on here without thinking of How it can impact self esteem. So I get it. I asked myself how to improve my self esteem but that's exactly it it comes from self and self acceptance.
