no sound from chat rooms

any ideas why we get no sound when we go into chat rooms ,ps sound works on everything else we view. any help appreciated

I'm the same, can never get sound on this site doesn't matter what device I use, it never works. Help!

If cammers have chosen to broadcast their microphone whilst camming, their may be sound.

There is a sound effect given when someone is poked.

Outside of that, there is no 'sound' to hear.

Same here, sound on youtube extra and sound on poke in chat but even when others have sound on cant hear it. Old PC did but this one no way
