We have a spare room and always offer for people to stay if they want ( but no pressure) but some people dont want people staying (kids home in the morning or whatever)
Always best to check, if not offered |

I am quite strange about staying over at other peoples homes... ok if people stay over at mine but I don't do the reverse. I would rather book a hotel to stay over in after a meet. |

We've been offered a stop-over in our hometown which is absolutely fantastic of the people who offer to. We can put someone up, and have a guest room, but we do that on merits. If we had someone coming a goodly way to see us on the train or busses then more than likely, and it's nice sharing breakfast the next morning too...

I accomodate, it doesnt mean i want them there for breakfast. IF i am planning on having a sleep over then it is arranged properly beforehand. Wouldnt want someone turning up just for a meet with an overnight bag lol |

We used to accommodate at weekends until we had a meet with a couple who turned up & brought so much baggage with them we thought they were planning to move in & we even ended up going for a lunchtime drink next day with them as they obviously thought we were going to carry on from the night before (we had a drink & told them to go in the end).
Also we prefer to wake up in the morning & get on with our day rather than having to try & hint for people to leave.
We now only accommodate for a few hours & its up to the other couple what they do after. |

Depends some do and some don't but it would be arranged before the actual meeting up.......... like everyone else says best to make sure before you turn up, or before anyone came to yours |

I very rarely stay over because, after 6 years of living alone, I have real problems sleeping with others. Also, I love my own bed. |

I always expect to stay over when I meet with someone who 'accomodates'.
I also expect a full english and fresh coffee in the morning along with my morning paper. Trousers should be pressed and shoes shined!

We'd accommodate overnight if needed. No one has needed it so far.
We were offered an overnighter next time we play with a couple so we could all have a drink and not be too bothered with the time. Sounded like a great idea to us.

we are not able to do either due to little people.
however if we are going to meet another couple at their home,we would always assume that accomodate means for the duration of playtime and would not expect to stay over.
in all honesty i am not sure we would like to stay over as we are not really morning people. |

We have some spare rooms, and there are some friends we met via swinging who come and stay for weekends, but new meets are just a few hours, then off ya go... things may change if we are meeting again... OP never assume, but stick an overnight bag in the boot just in case |
