Some saunas are just that

Look at the section called clubs all info there

as said already the sauna should have its house rules on its website, although the best thing to remember is to respect people and not follow every female around as if your an adolescent that's never seen a naked lady before (should go with out saying but you end up seeing crowds of men doing exactly this)
