I think we should have a way being able to remove a verification we have left someone... is there a way ?

Be honest with them and ask them to remove or hide it...

Block them and hide summary.

As stated blocking them removes it from their profile, but it will still be on their verification summary

I can work with that.. I know if I delete mine it removes all verifications I've left.. but as I can't see some verifications after I've blocked them I didn't know that x

Your only other option is to delete your profile and start again and block them so no connection at all.
