Hi
My partner and I are VERY new to the world of swinging and adult parties.
We attended our first club a few weeks ago and had a great time and altho a little overwhelmed we had great fun together.
We're going back this Saturday and we would just like any tips/advice on dos and donts. I. E do we approach people or are we expected as the newbys to wait for them to approach us

In the bar or similar, you can approach and chat, normal rules apply (except people will be more open to it than in a pub, generally). In a play area, you can approach, but very slowly with plenty of chances for them to tell you to back off.
There's no pecking order in terms of how long you've been swinging. |

Just enjoy yourself and make friends anything else is a bonus. Which club did you try? Pleasures in wateringbury is great for newbies. We've been going there for about 8 years now |

At the vanilla alternative if you wait most will assume you want to be left alone.
Best is just go have fun, talk to everyone a flirt with those you like. Have a laugh and let your hair down... then see what happens |

You will get out of a night, what you put in.
If you hang back and wait to be approached, you could be left waiting all night. Put yourselves out there, chat to people, you may even end up clicking with a couple that possibly you thought weren't for you.
Swingers are a very sociable bunch of people, and usually extremely approachable.
Go with zero expectations, don't be shy and have a laugh. Everything after that is a bonus |
