I’d be lying if I said I didn’t wonder why someone can’t accomodate.
I take people at their word when they give me a reason, but for a fair few people it’s because of infidelity... so i daresay, yes, it may help. But don’t get your own place just for meets! |

Having your own place is definitely an advantage.
However, if meeting swingers is your driving reason for signing a mortgage or tenancy agreement I would seriously sit down and think it through if I were you. |

I wouldn't go to anyone's place til I knew him quite well. I'd expect meets in hotels or clubs for quite a while before stepping foot into an unknown person's home. |

Attraction is subjective and who wants meets is random. Highly populated areas have more potential partners but also competition - so it could go any way. If you accom it opens you to those who prefer to meet at yours. |

It will make a difference though not a huge one. You will stand more chance with those who can't accommodate themselves but you will still be you and only be attractive to the same people. |
