Doesn’t have to be with another man

Have you had anal sex with a woman?
The plumbing round the front is somewhat different, but the other side is very similar.
If you are receiving my advice would be:
a) learn how to douche - no-one knows your body and its habits better than you. I must have confidence I am clean before I receive.
b) begin stretching the muscles to prepare yourself.
c) you can begin with fingers, a small toy or an object like a cucumber
d) the anus does not produce its own lubrication like a vagina, so you need lube.
e) assuming this involves a condom, the lube needs to be water-based, not oil (it will degrade the condom)
