Hey all.
I've rewritten my profile. It was quite long and while it was well formatted, I think it needed to be shortened. I feel like I've lost a lot of my personality from it.
Could I get some feedback on how it reads, please? |

I think you have to be blunt in some cases otherwise it invites some undesirables. Personality can come across as you exchange messages but your profile does come across as someone who knows what they want and isn’t going to suffer fools gladly.
Lastly though you at least give guidance on how to try to engage with you and that really is the key part as it sets it out pretty clearly and also helps out the chaff who just ignore it. |

Some need a guide and as someone else said plenty won’t even bother reading the profile anyway.

Its ok but its very cold and clinical.
You say you want more than a "hi" but youve given me nothing about your personality with which to make something more.
The list of likes is sort of generic its what everyone likes. I tend to find one of your more unusual tastes gets better attention.
Im saying this from the perspective of a single.male.were we need to out in "hooks" for people to read and then can very easily use to write us a message.
As a single attractive woman youll get messages regardles but the same things may help you get a more in tune guy to message you who doesnt wsnt to write something generic as his hello but csnt think of what to write |

Its ok but its very cold and clinical.

Right, ok wait right there. Im off to WH Smiths got get my self some pens, pencils and some nice writing paper. I've got to write out several drafts of the message on paper first so I get it spot on.

We're not your target market but I like it. Long enough to put off those without an attention span and gives plenty of information about you without being a list of what you don't want/require or it's punishment of death for the message hope it attracts who you're looking for

It’s a good profile. Leaves no one in doubt about who you are and what you’re looking for.
Ours is also long. We’re a slightly ‘different ‘ couple and we want people to understand what we’re about before they message.
Sadly it doesn’t always work tho!

I think that it's a very well written profile. It's not too long, it's well laid out and has a mixture of what your are and aren't looking for. Oh and fantastic pictures too  |

It reads well. You get a really good idea of who you are and what you want.
It explains you can be blunt (but also that you have a good sense of humour and are a fundamentally ‘nice’ person) so having a negative or two is perfectly in context.
Maybe end on a positive/encouraging line? Nitpicking but just an idea xx |

Looks good and clear with a decent selection of pictures. Although I'd normally say hobbies info isn't relevant here on fab, if you are looking for a FWB then it could be in order to establish common interests for non-play friendship. |
