Hi Guys,
Any tio on how to create more of the giod stuff when you cum? Only seem to cum loads when being edged for ages or havent come in a few days? |

Your body has a physical limitation for the production and most importantly, the storage capacity, of the fluids that are combined to give your cum. Your recharge speed will be able to be influenced but unless I do some surgery to you, that might effectively result in artificial increases to your capacity, then you can only really focus on achieving optimum physical health and nutrition. If true then pumpkin seeds are a placeebo but who cares....it works.... although maybe i have a poor diet and the zinc in them helps that. |

Try the seeds available in supermarkets 50g in a day is what i was told.
Report back on the result.
But do research first and check your not allergic to them etc etc im not a doctor |

1. Drink a lot of water
2. Eat a lot of oatmeal
3. Increase zinc intake (take a suppliment)
4. Be at the height of arousal when you cum. You can do this by delaying ejaculation and building up to orgasm using lighter stimulation that takes longer.
5. Don't assume that just because you haven't cum in a long time that it will be a bigger load. It's down to hydration, testosterone, diet and arousal. Some of my biggest loads have been right after a smaller one. |

I have previously read medical reports that stated the maximum storage capacity is achieved at 3 days. After 3 days the sperm start dying off and new are produced to replace and top up the storage. |
