No I was on pof for a few years it was horrendous before I even knew about this site obviously the women on there are 99% of the time looking for more than just sex..
Atleast on here everyone is pretty much looking for fun and no strings |

So how come so many couples are after just a single female? Yours even said you would occasionally look for a single male and says couples or female as your preference. This site is for all sorts. It’s for each of us to decide what we do and don’t want from it. It’s not just for couples even if in the title, it was originally designed to be and if the site was that concerned about it only being for couples, then us singles wouldn’t be allowed to sign up. But as with everything, things change to reflect demand and there is a big demand for singles on here. |

I always find it grounding to use a real life analogy... swingers clubs exist for essentially mutual hookups, yet I'm sure some solid friendships and even relationships could come from there. On the flip side, a pub/nightclub is a social gathering venue, yet you'll often get people frequenting for hookups and one night stands.
There will always be a mix of people anywhere in life, with their own agendas and goals.
As someone else pointed out... it's not the fact that these goals might missalign with a site ethos that is the problem, it's any dishonesty and deception in the profile to shield this fact from potential suitors. |

Till then, I’m looking for NSA, so it’s horses for courses, surely? I’m using one app for one thing and another for the other....still unsuccessful on them all though haha |
