It’s a long time since I bought mine and I think there is now a good selection of places to buy from.
The only advice I can give is don’t rush to buy anything too large. It may feel good to you but this is a case where biggest isn’t necessarily best! |

Are the measurements different for false boobs and bras? Just wondering because 48 inches is massive and you really don't look that big OP. The number of a bra size should be your actual ribcage measurement, with nothing added on. So for example my ribcage measures 38", and that is my band size of my bras. |

"That's my chest measurement as a guy was wondering what cup size of false boobs woukd be best "
I use a b cup form or breastplate as I don’t want ott boobs.
Try a C or D if you want them on a large size but not huge.
eBay is pretty good for forms around £20 |

48C is very big.
I guess it depends what you are trying to achieve.
For some, it is a natural look in proportion to their physical frame.
For others, it is an unnatural look for the purposes of sexual gratification or objectification.
For the smaller look, a push-up bra with enhancers, aka chicken fillets.
For the larger look, mastectomy bra and super-size silicon replicas.
Hope this helps |

I use soft touch silicone fillets X900 large, just slip them inside my bra. Offer for them on amazon at the moment, less than a tenner a pair. Impossible to go wrong at that price. Should be able to get delivery to argos or post office then pick up.
I find that relatively small boobs look fairly natural for me, i go for a C cup bra or occasionally D. If i want a bit more oomph i add a second fillet in each cup. Soft touch ones are sort of squishy and mold to give lift where needed. |
