Using cam on a one to one and when contact has been made we lose the dialogue box, any ideas?

If you mean in chat room - Yeh I have had this problem - you do realise the cam is not one to one just the dialogue box.

Not on here thats all ok, its when we do a private 1-2-1

if you mean msn or one of the other 121 chats,,there should be a little arrow for you to shorten or expand the video/chat boxes

Are you sure it's not behind another window, minimise each window and i'm sure it will be there.

Is your general chat window maximised? try minimising it or resize it a bit smaller.
