Admin on Xmas

Hello guys. I know it’s Christmas but I was wondering if the admin team are still working over the festive days. A friend is having great difficulty and has messaged the team after being suspended (after only rejoining for 3 hours)

She is getting distressed by this as she has no response after many messages. So I was wondering if it’s due to it being Christmas. Thanks and merry Xmas xx

It sometimes takes a while, days or weeks, for them to get back to you, no matter what time of year it is.

Not being on fabs is hardly something to get distressed about. Just wait a bit.

Having said that, in my experience they never respond at all, admins or owners, so don't hold your breath

I have no experience of receiving a personal reply from the admin, but they have moved pretty quick to remove profiles I have reported in the past

If the person themselves asks Admin from the CONTACT button at the bottom of the page with the name of the profile they will take a look
