Apart from using their instead of there in your status it looks ok to me.

I wouldn't bother with the "put xxx in the box to prove you've read this"

As a guy, you won't be inundated with messages (perhaps that's just me lol) so I think it's a bit redundant.

Otherwise a decent profile.
