That's very sad, I mean in that you feel this way. Hopefully it is a temporary thing for you.

Just let it go. It might be a build up of stuff. Hopefully you'll feel better after. X

Utterly normal, go full on snot, let it out and when it’s done, you’ll know what to do.

Don't be sorry, at least you've got somewhere you feel you can share. Hope you figure out why and can make yourself happier soon xx

I think we all suffer from pressure after a while be it male or female and sometimes we just need to release that tension.

I sobbed in work the other day. Not like me at all. I never usually cry. I'm blaming mine on my age, hormones probably x

Sometimes you just need a good cry.

I've always envied people who can cry and look attractive.

I look like a Cabbage Patch kid gone wrong.

This time of year has extra pressures and we don't like the short days either. It is natural to feel down this time of year.

Do you know anyone who can look attractive crying? That only happens on telly I reckon.

Sorry if you're feeling blue, OP, but having a good old cry is actually really good for your emotional and mental health as it acts as a release.

Hope it helped

I have recently been diagnosed as having TLS, a form of 'epilepsy' which manifests itself as 'minor' seizures, apparently all very controllable and the medics are sorting me out but one of the symptoms I 'enjoy' is I am very prone to tears - quite minor stuff can set me off! Keep an eye on it!! Cheers

Sometimes you need to let the tension out, it's not a bad thing to admit & it doesn't make you any less of a person.

I know you say you can't talk to your family/friends, but please think seriously about talking to someone about whatever is causing this, it's not healthy to bottle it up.

We've just had a bathroom refit from hell, a cowboy builder who didn't know what he was doing & did a lot of damage, finally breaking our boiler with his awful attempts at plumbing.

I came home to find we had no hot water & broke down crying.

Made myself feel better by firing him & getting professionals in.

Its cost me an extra £2k & a LOT of stress, but I was really lucky to find a team who were willing to take on someone else's cock-up.

Crying is really good for you, just let it all out. Don't worry too much about the reason, for whatever it is you must need a good cry, so let it happen.
