So I’m on webcams with this women

But I can’t hear her or communicate with her

Is there a noticeable difference between that and the real world? If so, you may be deaf

If you are camming in the chatrooms on here via phone or tablet you can't broadcast your cam or hear sound, unless you use the puffin browser. Of course as mentioned above there will no sound any way if some chooses not to switch their Mic on. I very rarely switch mine on.
