In my reading of your profile it looks as if you want a relationship or at least a FWB, but everything starts with that first meet, so maybe tone down the future hope to get meets now? You don't want to put off the ladies who want something simple and easy to begin with.

You had 4 meets last year is there anything that is different now. Have you changed your profile....maybe it is the beard....did you have it before.
The beard is ok but your pictures with less facial hair shows a very handsome face which is now quite hidden....
You mention being a single parent have you always disclosed that, maybe it puts people off.....from the point of view that they might think you will cancel last minute.
Do you think people need to know your a single parent. We all have commitments and cannot just meet at the drop of a hat and people should expect us to so maybe keep that piece of information to yourself.
Other than that I cannot think.....your not crude and your pictures are quite artistic rather than the usual standard. |

Maybe it’s the messages - you’re more likely to get a reply if it’s something specific about the persons profile, than a generic copy & paste impersonal message.
Also, your profile text doesn’t say much about you - you’re a single dad with a shaved cock & an unshaved face is all I got from it. I don’t know what you like, what you’re looking for or what I get out of replying to you rather than the 20-30 other guys that message.
Your photos are good, but although I’m a beard aficionado, the long hair isn’t my thing & the photo with the pipe is odd because you say you’re a non smoker?! A pipe smoker with a beard would be off-putting as the smell lingers in the beard

Maybe Op you could filter messages you’re sending out
Concentrate on people who have a meet on their status or even better get your name down to an organised event in your area and message a few people who are attending guaranteed you’ll get a better response.
You’ll be seen as someone who is a serious swinger on not just a chancer
