metal ones are definately not flexible .
You have to be very careful when inserting .for starters insertion should only be done when flacid or semi erect .you never do this if fully erect or you will cause damage .it is not for everyone .the rods should always be surgically clean . I've been doing this a very long time now .I use guyon sounds (definately not for any novice).these rods go all the way down to your bladder |

thats a slight understatement, in hospitals is only done under the most stringent sterile conditions I an operating theatre. Add perforation of the urethra ,possible prostate damage and scaring. A mans urethra is not a straight tube any damage will cause scaring which would lead to invasive surgical intervention to correct.

As I say, some are flexible. As an engineer for most of my adult life, I’m fully aware metal ones aren’t likely to be flexible. Thanks for clarifying. |
