They look at pictures, think she is hot, and wink. They then read profile and see you want vwe or black and don’t match so don’t bother.

That’s my take on it!

Likewise someone winks we write email and enclose photo. Nothing no reply. And many wink and can't accommodate and are safe or soft only. We ignore them now.
