Looking for advice
So I have found 2 men (which I know) for my first MMF and looking for any advice on how to make it a stressfree but free flowing experience. This will more than likely take place at my house and there isn’t really a local pub to go for drinks first (and we won’t have all day/night maybe an hour). So please can people share what they did/do to start proceedings…do you sit down and talk business first (not exactly sexy lol!), do you leave the guys alone for a few mins to have a chat? While I make myself scarse and disappear upstairs into an outfit and call them up? If they turn up separately do I start with one and the other one just comes and joins in? do you all take turns in taking the lead so there isn’t 3 people trying to do different things? I am still to have individual chats with each guy as to what is/isn’t acceptable etc
Any tips greatly appreciated  I don’t want to overthink it but some pointers would be great |

I see the challenge here. My only experience was an impromptu club meet. A little chat in the hot tub, some flirting, accepting nods, then a dash to a play room. It was such an enjoyable experience.

I know them both individially and I don't want it to be a case of one is joining me and the other guy (No couples) but all of us just getting together and having all the sex lol! |

From experience, I want to warn you first that this may not get off the ground. One or both may get cold feet at being around another guy or taking this step if it’s their first MMF as well.
That being said, I hope it does happen for you. My advice would be to maybe start a group chat on whatever system you’re chatting to them on (kik, WhatsApp being the most likely). Have 3 way chat to sort out the dos and donts, that may be easier than the closed door negotiation you currently have running.
If either backs out early, at least you’ll have time to try and arrange someone else or just have one on one fun.
On the “when they turn up”, maybe already be in the outfit under something like a dress or such. Take that off in front of them and see what happens.
Honestly, don’t try to orchestrate too much And let it happen when it does!

As you already know the guys, it shouldn't be too awkward. Have you discussed how you would like it to go with them or do you just want to go with the Flo?
When I have been in this position, I was second there, I think you would be lucky to have both turn up at exactly the same time, I was let in, introduced to the other guy and offered a drink, which I think I had a glass of water as I was driving. After a bit of small chat, the lady invited us both upstairs and things just took their natural course. No awkwardness, just good fun. |

When I have met couples for mmf we have always had a group chat first to explore dos and dont's.
It's also great fun building anticipation.
This way you will all know what to expect and feel more comfortable with the whole situation.

This won't be their first mmf but it is mine. It will be arranged and if one doesn't turn up Ill have fun with the other until we can try and re arrange so I can't see their being any disappointments lol!
Yeah I thought a group chat for introductions but wasn't sure if that would have been too weird.

If you have plans that involve having 2 hard cocks at the same time don't start off with one in case he doesn't last. Other than that I'd advise against too much planning. If you've a specific fantasy tell them in advance but beyond that let nature take its course.

Tell each of them what you do and more importantly don't like doing sexually. That way the 2 men only do thingds you like and don't do things you don't like.
