Differing levels of experience.

As a couple we both have differing levels experience. I (Mr) was in a swinging relationship with my ex for about 10 years and swung as a single since. Mrs E has very little experience of swinging and is understandably very nervous about things. We are lucky that we're both able to communicate really well and are able to discuss feelings and experiences as we start out together. Just wondering if there any other couples on here who started out in a similar way, what your experiences were and if you had any advice.

Yes we are the same except Mrs has more experience than mr. We find discussing everything openly and putting a few rules in place until mr is shall we say acclimatised was the best way forward

Yeah, we have discussed and put a few rules both definitive and guidelines in place.

Learn and explore. Everyone starts somewhere.

Learn to express fantasy to each other. Seek out those you share and find ways to make them real.

Push boundaries but don’t cross them. Respect care and affection and all will be good.

I’m sure you’ll do just fine.
