What's your thoughts, I rent a large rural cottage with inside pool, then invite all within a certain radius.. would it work, free entry bring a bottle.. it could be different area's each month.. who would take up the offer |

How big a house?
Who is paying for it?
Is it within the rental agreement you can have party's?
The reality is its easier to have a party at a club.

Thanks for all your support, it's sounds like it would work, I'm not considering it only to get laid, not for money or anything other than to make good friends, fun, laughter and the experience.. I'll consider area, numbers and go on the net later and look at it's pros/ cons.. Will be back on this thread tomorrow.. thanks to all xx happy swinging |

Who is paying for it?
Is it within the rental agreement you can have party's?
The reality is its easier to have a party at a club.

8 bed possibly, weekend rates not to bad as out of 6 week holiday, I'll cover the cost.. couples etc stopping over can help clean up.. I'll check small print prior to booking, better than a club as few could stop over and enjoy breakfast etc.. |

Op you will need to send out loads of invites to get the ratio your hoping as most will bottle it on day and 20men to 15 women isn't an equal ratio ,then there's the fact what happens when locals can't get parked up because there's an abundance of cars on street,the noise is disturbing them ,people are having sex outside (and it does happen)far easier to go to a club |

You think it will be ok cause you're only invited verified people ? What does a verification prove? That they will turn up , be respectful, not be high on drugs , not sexually assault anyone , not cause any damage?
You say you are doing this not just for the sex but to make friends. Do you really think you will make friends with a bunch of strangers who are invited to a free party ? As the host surely you will have to keep an eye on everything that's going on rather than get involved.
You'd be better to attend a few events yourself first and start networking before taking on such a task. |

I understand the negative comments and a lot of them will need to be taken in to account but give the guy a chance. If he does manage to arrange one and all goes well then he will at least have a few guests to invite again, any trouble makers will be barred. If all goes tits up then at least he gave it a go. Im willing to attend and just make sure all is above board without playing. |

OP, your profile says you can accom, so why not do a small party at yours first, s sort of trial run?
Get along to local clubs, socials and parties, spread the word about hosting a party in a few weeks, and network, when people see you regularly they will warm to the idea.
Be realistic about numbers, many guys will let you down, and single fems will be hard to convince, so aim for the majority to be couples, and take it from there. |

We had a party the other week. As a verified couple we had ten couples saying they were coming and three turned up.
The chances of a single guy getting anyone other than single guys to turn up seems to me minimal. |

Good idea but you may want to sort yourself some insurance, big house, expensive things and total strangers tend not to mix too well, bound to be at least 1 cretin that robs the place. |

You are a single, unverified male.
One of the reasons we attend parties at peoples homes is that it is a fixed, identifiable point, that makes them "genuine"... or at least, traceable should anything go sideways lol.
You will get loads of "single" guys saying they will turn up (usually referred to as a "sausage-fest lol"), and the majority will let you down.
Single females will be nervous about turning up to a random address with a random male host, and, as someone else already pointed out, unknown couples can be flaky at best, and some will be put off by the thought of the aforementioned "sausage-fest" risk.
If you aren't willing to take the advice offered, begs the question why bother posting at all? |

This has disaster written all over it I suggest op you have an intimate gathering at yours with a few people to see if you can attract the kind of people you can connect with and then progress slowly from there ,you will end up out of pocket going too big too soon and it may end up looking raging you bitter ,so go small and use the experience you gain hosting intimate parties to gauge if your up to the task of something bigger |

Suggest you get to some parties held by others so you have some experience of what works and what doesn't work...you'll also get verified which is crucial to hosting...
We've been to and held some great parties but would never consider just opening up locally...we like to ensure a good mix of people we know will get on...
and it just looks like you haven't really thought through some of the practicalities...even down to where are all those people going to park? eight bedrooms will need at least 8 waterproof mattress covers and if you're relying on complete strangers to help you clean up, you're onto a massive disappointment there...

Sounds good but as previous posters have said it could also be a recipe for disaster with such numbers. I would aim smaller at 8-12 attendees, it would still be as much fun but with less potential for damage and mess. |

I would bet a large sum of money this never happens. The OP has been on the site over a year with no verifications. If the OP can't, in over a year, get himself to a club to get verified, I think the likelihood of him organising a party are akin to Kim kardashisn turning up at my house demanding to give me a blow job... |

Vet the ladies to ensure none of them are bi.
Select the other blokes, ensuring they haven't been verified by any of the ladies and couples, are in a worse shape than you and are all bi or bi curious.
Select the couples who all know each other so that they get on and appear to be in a clique, putting the ladies off.
That gives you the pick of the crop! |

OP the was a couple we used to know back up in Scotland who rented large multi room mansions and country houses for the weekend. At the time it was very successful. They even managed to get a castle in Fife which was amazing.
Depending on where the area is no reason why it shouldn't work.
However I would work it on the deposit system as you will get loads asking to go then not turning up.  |

How is 20 men to 15 women equal. Where did you go to school?
You've got noise, drink, sex inside and out, potential d*unks, violence, damage not to mention the amount of cum to clean up the next day.
You having a giraffe if you thinks that's gonna work. Far easier to use a club and do an exclusive night, still charge to get in. The fee will get rid of the freeloaders! |
