You either have 2 choices really..
One is to use a method of control whilst having sex.. once you start getting too excited.. stop and do something else - eventually you will start to be able to control sexual excitement..

You don't say if you are uncut - if so this may help.
In the past I have had a problem with oversensitivity, but it didn't cause premature ejaculation, quite the opposite - just too much sensation to be pleasurable, and I could go on for ever chasing the good feelings and never really getting there. Condoms helped reduce the feeling but not really in a good way.
The solution might surprise you. It occurred to me that if I were circumsised the amount of sensation due to contact with clothing would be unbearable, but I had never heard of anyone with that problem. So as an experiment I tried going about my daily activities with foreskin retracted. It was mighty uncomfortable, I couldn't stand it for more than an hour or two to begin with. But I found each day it was less of a problem and after a week I could go all day with an uncovered knob with no problem. And as I was fortunate enough to be having a dirty weekend at the end of that week, I discovered that my newly de-sensitised dick felt better than ever, actually I had never had such good sensations from sex. Try and control the situation / pace and maybe go for a slow grind rather than hammering away. Concentrate on pleasuring her and change if it gets too much e.g. go down on her for a bit. With the blow jobs get her to make contact further down your shaft rather than on the head. Good luck!
