Do you mean a paid member? If so no. A site member, yes.

Well I'm verified and just not paid member at moment , but ya trying to report a profile and let me until captcha code says it's put in wrong , tried few times .. just pity as deffo fake profile pissing me off ,block now .. thanks xx

Someone else reported an issue with the captcha codes this week - could be a glitch in the system.
