I have some experience with using gags.
It kinda depends on what you want to do with them, also how obedient the wearer is.
The spider gag I have isn't comfortable and is no good for deepthroat, just for show.
The regular ring gag I have is tooth easy to dislodge and stop play.
The best kind I've found if you want deepthroat /facefuck play is the flexible kind which actually allow the wearer to move the jaw and practically close if they want to. Albeit for a very short time.
This is a happy medium between something comfortable to wear that keeps the mouth open, covers the teeth and allows good access to the throat.
Not visually the best but practically lots better. |

They put pressure where they sit. They really aren't conducive to deepthroating and facefucking. Speaking from experience of all three, it seems a recipe for very saw gums and broken teeth. |
