I’ve attended a couple at various hotels. Just be careful of numbers with noise complaints etc. A busy hotel is best. One with a bar or restaurant works well. That way when the guys arrived they don’t get prompted to check in by receptionists like at a travel lodge |

If I'm staying anywhere for more than a couple of nights, I find renting a self-catering apartment is better and can be cheaper than a hotel room.
You have the added benefit usually of unrestricted, unmonitored access for guests and much more space to organise things.

not done one in kent.but need to have one where the reception does not face the lift .or stairs .as it becomes to obvious .when to many that they have not booked in turn up .ones with eating areas open to general public .are better by far.MOTELmeets are far better as once you get keys you do not have to go through the main area again .get players to park a little away .just walk to door .and must have a stricked time [2 pm to 2 15pm ]to arive or not coming in .good luck |
