Someone has disappeared from my block list even though they are still on here ,how has this happened

Could they delete old profile and create new one using the same username? Lot of guys do that on fab.

No they haven't as I saw the guy today and he showed me his blocked lis

Just block them again. It’ll take them a lot longer to create a new account that it’ll take you to block them

The only time I thought this happens is if admin put a mutual block on both people. Not sure though.
