It’s not a stupid question at all. I got mine by getting over myself and believeing a man _hen he complimented me.

I'm larger but not older.
A mix of things. Finding people I trust to explore _ith. Seeing ho_ much I turn them on. And other reinforcement _ithin the scene. Realising everyone has fla_s and there's someone for everyone.
But that's hollo_ _ithout doing the _ork on your self confidence. Unfortunately ultimately it has to come from _ithin. |

I agree that, ultimately, the confidence needs to come from _ithin. I hated my bottom- due to the curvature of my spine, I have, _hat I call, African bottom (I do not intend to offend anyone by that). But then I started dating first, then being on here and going to clubs, and being told by men that they love my bottom! I did not believe them at first but then I decided to start . No more body hangups for me, even though I am not Miss Universe.

Learning to love and embrace yourself is great it took me a long time ! Even on here people criticise my body but you have to see past it and a lot of guys _ill be turned on by confidence once you realise that they don’t see _hat you think are you fla_s in the same _ay you see them your confidence _ill gro_ .. I’m all for lifting and raising up other _omen to make them feel good and anyone _ho doesn’t see the best in you aren’t _orth your time xx |

It's real simple. Some men don't like larger ladies, so forget them, put them to one side.
But some men do like larger ladies, if you find one of these men and there's plenty, realise that they do like larger ladies, so you can happily get naked and they _ill appreciate all your curves and loveliness. |

Not sure ho_ much of my story _ill apply to you, but this is ho_ it happened for me.
I _as a 0 in confidence til I hit my mid 40s. First major step I took _as distancing myself from my ex (_ho I still lived _ith), as all I EVER heard from him _as _hat I did _rong in all areas of my life. Once he _as out of my life, I started doing that _ith anyone and everyone around me _ho felt the need to point out my deficiencies (real or imagined).
I met people _ho appreciated me for _ho I am. This meant friends in the outside _orld, and people online. If they _ere negative about me, I stopped chatting, avoided them in real life, and/or looked them in the eye and called them on it. "I take no shit from anyone" is my ne_ motto.
Body-_ise, I started going to Kestrel's _hen it _as still open. Being naked in front of anyone _ith the lights on _as BIG for me, but as I found no one _as pointing at me and giggling, I discovered an amazing body confidence.
This also lead to Just Doing It..._hatever I feel like doing. A _onderful, freeing feeling.
I also started saying _hatever _as on my mind. Yes, this means I am the random comment person in any group, but it often adds humor value to an other_ise stale conversation. Yes, I sometimes say the _rong thing, I apologize if needed and move on.
I think it all comes do_n to being myself at all times, and finding that, for the most part, most people like me. Not everyone, but _ho cares?
I've found that I do, and that's _hat gives me confidence. |

For me, this is the most confident I’ve been. At this age.. don’t get me _rong I am SUPER conscious of my saggy tummy and not very impressive boobs, but I kind of feel like this is it, this is _hat I have and I really _ant to do everything I’ve _anted to do and I didn’t _ant my opinion of myself letting me do_n and I’m not getting any younger! I still cover the bits I _ant to cover _hilst out or playing and if anybody turned me do_n, _ell, that’s their taste. To each their o_n..

Larger older ladies are the best ladies. Everyone has there o_n taste but sadly the media often pushes the _hole stick-thin look as the desired look.
I prefer an older _oman _ith curves. But I also like skinny _omen. Why limit yourself? Every body type brings its o_n pleasures. |

The thing is shock horror men are not too fussy they _ould rather have someone they can have a laugh _ith. As long as they can have a laugh get laid and have a beer they are happy beings men are really not that complicated. So fuzzy bits stretch marks mummy tummies embrace them. Embrace yourself love yourself be happy in your o_n body because life is so so short. |

I'm comfy in my skin, it's definitely an age thing as my giveafuckometer has got less reactive as I've got older.
Plus I see pics of beautiful gorgeous squishy bellied _omen on here and I just _ant to stroke the bellies as I bury my face bet_ixt chunky thighs , and I think If I feel like that ,_ho am I to assume others don't see me the same _ay .

As a smaller older man I find larger older ladies irresistible.
Met one this _eek and she _as so sexy and had such a lovely personality. She must have been nearly 20 stone but that _as irrelevant for both of us. In any case sex is not just about the body. As they say, it starts in the mind before it travels south.

^ This.. this all over! I struggle _ith my o_n confidence and it really is just a state of mind. I find older larger _omen attractive as heck because a lot have learned to accept their bodies ho_ they are. And that is attractive as hell!
So to the OP, follo_ the advice above, distance yourself from negative people and accept the compliments from people _ho like your figure. It _ill take time but you can do it |
