I was just wondering, I'm nothing like the other guys on fab (looks wise) I was wondering how marmite I am!? hahahahaha
My GF really wants to take me to a club but I'm worried I'd stick out like an ugly saw thumb!? she's says....noooooo, you'll be fine, everyone is friendly!

You are definitely not a sheep following the herd. That is for certain.
But clubs are full of different people. Hell, swingers don't exactly conform to the sheep mentality.
If your clean, scrub up, smell nice, look good (which your girlfriend can testify to, because she is with you and loves you), then you have nothing to worry about..

There are people of all shapes and sizes at clubs from every walk of life - and having looked at your pics you'd certainly not look out of place at one - just dress to impress be prepared to chat to people and am sure you'll both have a great time  |

Just looked it up...bad ass place!I love girls with all kinda looks and punk, goth, rock chick, emo, steampunk are all big faves, but I also like hippy girls, jeans and T, slutty dresses, girly girls, posh girls, girls with dreads, girls with normal hair, short hair, spiky hair, long hair, 50's pin up style, 50's swing, biker girls...I wouldn't fit in at that club...according to their rules, I wouldn't even get through the door! HAHA |

Ive found that people who follow different fashion cultures and things like that tend to do so as a form of self expression and because they want to stand out from the crowd.
If you're worried about standing out why not just shave your head and dress like everyone else?
I think it's good to follow different styles and listen to different genres of music and just generally be your own person. If people don't like it or agree with it then what's the problem? You're doing what you want to do and that's the main thing! |

Fair enough. You think you'll stick out like a sore thumb and you also think that you wouldn't fit in at an alternative club. Not sure what other solution to suggest as the issue seems to be how you perceive others to be perceiving you |

Hey dude...I wouldn't be worried about fitting in at the alternative clubs AT ALL! I go to normal alternative clubs all the time...it's just that they say I wouldn't get through the door in their dress code! so it's a complete non starter! lol
as for the more normal swingers clubs...yeah, I am a bit worried I'd stick out badly because most of the guys on fab seem to be very 'bloky' types and to be honest I'm just seeking some advice about what I should expect. |

Is there many clubs in cornwall?? I lived there for a bit and still spend time in Bude but never took notice of the swinging clubs as only been interested since being with my new GF (just over a year) I expect a lot of clubs maybe have 'alt nights'???

There really are all types at clubs. I don't exactly blend into the crowd myself
I'm sure you'll be fine. Don't know your area so cannot recommend clubs in the SW.
