I'm afraid we'd delete such a message (we do have around 30 public pics to give an idea of body type though).
I appreciate you have 5 public pics yourself and would not want to send face pics to pic-less profiles but we'd think, 'is he really asking for pics without sending his own'
Again different circs as we have plenty of public pics as do you. |

My thoughts... if the profile interests you and it has no public pictures why not try and engage in a conversation first before asking for pictures..
At the moment your approach isn't achieving the result you'd like ... nothing to lose by changing something
Or
Ignore profiles without pictures and find those profiles with public pictures
