We're thinking of trying a different method for having a reasonable number of guys playing with Marie, as when planning a standard gangbang its affected by too many dropouts on the day. Honestly I've no idea if this is overcomplicated madness, so looking for feedback and advice.
One of the issues there is that the guys spend too much time "non active", which puts them off coming.
So we are thinking of a time based system, across a couple of hours or so. Something like this...
- Approx twelve guys invited
- Each guy gets a start time incremented by ten or fifteen minutes to turn up. (Two start at the same time at the beginning)
- They get 30 minutes each (so there's always two or three of guys active), but then have to leave.
- They play within our rules for that 30 minutes (which I won't go into here)
- If a guy or a few guys don't turn up, there is no downtime (unless its three in a row)
This gives Marie the experience of being used by a number of guys, in ever changing combinations. The guys aren't just waiting around, and are able to enjoy themselves.
Anyone done something similar before? Would you as a guy be interested or is it just too limiting/complicated?

Did this a few years ago at a Heathrow hotel. Had several no-shows of course but the system actually worked quite well.
Not quite the same system as yours but similar.
We did two sessions in the afternoon and another two early evening which gave Becky time to shower and freshen up between guys.

Why have I got an image of one of those "Take A Ticket" machines being installed outside the room or even you stood there calling "Cashier Number 3 Please" OP? 
Sorry just tickled me when I thought of it.
If everyone is on board with the idea and agrees to it then I'm sure it could work - wouldn't be for me as it's just not my style of meet. The only problem I could see with it, if it were a hotel is that the hotel may get suspicious about guys arriving at half hour intervals.
The other option of course would be a club on a night when single guys are allowed in as the set up might allow for a more fluid approach along the lines of what you're looking for. |

I have had as many as five guys and no one felt left out, they just took it in turns like a tag team, with lots of me wanking and sucking them. Didn't need a rota - that seems a bit clinical. The spontaneity was half the fun (the other half was orgasm after orgasm!) |

To be quite honest, this sounds like a really good idea, and I personally would prefer doing something of this nature this way. With a room full of cocks and not as many holes theres always that possibility of awkardness or like you mention, being “non sctive” - your idea sounds a lot smoother. Just my two cents. If you guys try it, you’ll have to let us know how it worked out! |

For me, if there’s an “awkwardness” then the right people aren’t there.
I’ve never felt with the downtime it being a problem. We can chat, rehydrate, watch others’ style and the different reactions from those styles.

It seems to be a bit marmite in nature, a lot of guys don't like it, a lot have no problem. We've had five guys join us before and everyone was great - but I'm hoping this way it opens it up to more people.

Totally agree, I have done similar, A lot has to do with the guys too they have to be pro active and not just stand there, If I am offerd a cock to suck I will alternate

A supermarket ticket system comes to mind lol once saw this in a club when going for a sex record, I'm not kidding, they did the same, had a ticketed time. They would then que up at their allocated time and they would have 3 ladies getting them going, so to speak, and then when the space appeared the next would go for it. I think the record was about 127 guys in 30 mins, but memory ain't what it used to be. |

Or can they rotate back around and region in? I'm pretty sure most guys wouldn't meet for 30 minutes of sex??? |
