I would say contact Lovehoney tell them you are using them from Fabswingers and ask for it.

My experience is that they are very very helpful

Go on main page on fab, at the bottom there is a link to Lovehoney. Just click it, it will take you through to the site.

Btw, I'm using mobile version. I'm sure there's a link on the desktop site too
