Hi I’m wondering if anyone can help me. I want to get my wife into swinging. I have said to her when we have been having sex about having another guy join us so we can give her a good time but she says she only wants me which is a nice thing to know. My wife is a big girl & does not like her fat. Any ideas how I can change her mind.

You can't. Only she can change her mind. Tenderness and patience may lead her to re-evaluate her position. Pressurising her will inevitably cause resentment, anxiety and probably anger in your relationship, especially if she is unhappy with the body she lives in at the moment. |

It's not an easy situation when one of you wants to swing and the other doesn't. All you can try is to keep talking to her openly and honestly and see what happens.
If she definitely won't then you need to decide your next course of action that will keep you happy too, because that matters too in your relationship.

In hindsight I think visiting a club would be the best way.
It's how we started. The problem is, before you've been, most of us have an expectation of a seedy dingy darkened room where dozens of guys are going to pounce on any female daring to show their face....or worse an expectation that every female in there will a size 10 and every guy will be hung like a horse.
In practice neither scenario could be further from the truth. It gives you the opportunity to play exclusively with each other but in a sexy atmosphere with the opportunity to either observe others or be a little exhibitionist yourselves. For many that's as far as they want to go which is absolutely ok.
It also gives you as a couple a chance to socialise with other couples (& singles). In our case it was this that helped my partner to become far more confident in her body, realising that very few of us escape the rigours of life unscathed, and actually many guys find a fuller figure more exciting.
The problem you face is getting over that initial hurdle of plucking up the courage to go that first time. I know for us we were both terrified!!
....but loved it since!! |
