Hello, I'm new to the forums, hope everyone's having a great day.
Just wanted to ask when/if you've been recognised, what do you say?
Cryptic messages are really creepy and just rude imo. Either say who you are or say nothing at all and go about your day. Thoughts? |

"If I recognise them, I block straight away.
If someone messages me in the creepy way you suggest...same treatment. "
I've racked my brains but can't think who it is, he's just sent some message with my name and mentioned something that very few people know, something I've recently applied for. Odd. Ah well. Way to make someone paranoid! |

I had a guy message me a week or so ago INSISTING he knew me. Wouldn't take no for an answer.
He didn't. He had completely the wrong first name, last initial, area and tons of other stuff.
Whoever he thought I was has a boyfriend apparently. He came across really creepy and I wouldn't be surprised if he tried messaging the poor woman's boyfriend.
If you think you know someone just keep quiet about it. |

I spotted a colleague rhinos a really good mate and blocked him. He sd later that night out of others earshot "block me so I can't look at it pics" . We dont aee each other in that way and respect we are on the site and wdnt blab.
However I had a guy message me " o was behind those sexy legs at the garage tonite" creeped me out bit I ignored. I'd I block he opens a new profile wirh creepy messages like" it legs kook ace on those Blue heels tonite or " it tits look amazing in that red blouse ". Latest one was "ha I know it car reg now". Unfortumeatly for him I was standing at a colleagues car. Saddo x |

What happens via fab or in lifestyle stays there.
Anyone who approaches us in real life would be told that.
Had guys recognise me but all been good enough to just to mention via a message and weren't creepy about it.

"You only have a pic of your ass, which is amazing, what I'm thinking is, how can someone recognise you from that?"
I've deleted 2 of my photos. I think the guy who messaged me goes to my gym and I wear a fitness tracker 24/7 so I'm thinking that gave me away! |

I was recognised by the male half of a local couple when I was at work in the shop. He sent a message saying saw you in the shop Saturday etc. I found it really creepy and told him so. No face pic or anything with the message. I've chatted to them before and thought they were really nice, but he's put me off meeting them by doing that. |

I got a series of messages from a silhouette profile telling me quite specific details about my life and professing to be a friend who wished me nothing but the best. I politely asked him who he was and he repeatedly refused. Quick block. Job done. It was a very creepy approach. |

Exactly so. If this guy had just said, 'hey, it's so and so, how you doing?' I'd have had no issue whatsoever. But I've spent all morning looking at my contacts on Facebook wondering who it is. It's slightly unnerving. |

This happened to me before on our old profile. Got a message from a guy who called me by my first name. He actually recognized me by my cleavage! I felt so freaked out and pissed off that he knew who I was but I had no clue who he was! Anyway we since deleted that profile and after a break created a new one. Well, the same guy messaged only this time he sent a face pic!! Was quite shocked to see it was the boyfriend of a former work colleague I was quite friendly with in the past. I debated over telling her about him on here tbh but in the end I just blocked him and said nothing!

I should mention that he didn't recognize me in the second profile and that's presumably why he felt safe enough to send his picture... |

I get recognised every now and then, even though my face isn’t visible.
I had a guy message me on here to ask if I was just in some office building’s lift (I was) and nore recently, a guy has even been messaging me on Facebook, responding to things I post on my statuses on here. He got blocked earlier as he was starting to annoy me, the invasion of privacy was a bit unsettling. |

As someone from the same town as you I get it. I generally start with saying "Hey did I see you in Envy, I was this guy!" Etc. Generally its good to say how you know them. If you just know the face, probably best to just meet them through fab the traditional way. |

Cant say we blame you, we wouldn't.
We recently had a stalker, who was living 1/2 mile away, starting to triangulate the area we live in, then he (although we say clearly we won't meet single men) says well I've pin-pointed roughly where you live.
Just blocked him in the end, sometimes you just answer and it becomes a licence in their minds to claim some kind of perceived ownership, its a shitty thing to do and definitely unwelcome. |

"Hello, I'm new to the forums, hope everyone's having a great day.
Just wanted to ask when/if you've been recognised, what do you say?
Cryptic messages are really creepy and just rude imo.
Either say who you are or say nothing at all and go about your day. Thoughts?
The creepy cryptic messages are the worst. Had this the other week from the male half of a local couple after he'd seen me at my place of work. I was keen to meet them but because of that I wont be now. Very off putting.
It does seem like an invasion of privacy, I'd not say anything at all if it were me. I still have no clue who this guy is, but he knows something I've put on my Facebook Quite unsettling.
I've had various people on here trying to add me to FB as well. I just block them. It's all set to private on there. "
I only have about 50 people on my Facebook. It's completely private. I don't add randoms, never have. So this is someone I know repeating something I had put on there and somehow recognising me on here without my head!! :/ |

I got recognised whilst working in a office. The lady is question must of told her colleague.
They both kept making fab jokes. That's a fab job you are doing etc.
Hence I no long have a public face pic.
I can see the funny side but would of been nicer if they were a little more discreet |

Quite possibly something unique in the background in images on both sites, that's where I'd be looking, not that it will change your position now. Sorry |

My pics got fabbed by one of my son's friends!
So I thought, well he knows, I know, so I messaged and thanked him.
Next time I saw him it was a bit weird but he is super cool and discrete so we ended up having our own private giggle about it all.
And yes a few months on we ended up having sex too |

I recognised a mate I'd known for years but not seen or spoken to in ages - it was a couples profile. I wrestled with what to do, should I message? Should I send him an email? Sent a fab message saying who I was and it was nice to know we had more than just one pass time in common. No issues whatsoever - in fact it put me back in touch with a good mate. Gotta love Fab x |

No, they weren't close friends and his mate didn't want anyone to know about him being on here, professional career etc.
Phew!! |

I’ve been recognised by others off here a couple times.
A couple recognised me when I was out shopping. I didn’t realise who this woman was that winked at me from a distance.
They sent me a message later but didn’t go further with it. Because they weren’t into what I was into.
I do get messages from guys who apparently recognise me. Which becomes annoying when they know I’m straight.
Happily the block button and the message filters have sorted that now.

As a matter of interest what were the couple who recognised you into? As you don’t seem to have any weird kinks on your profile? |

They wanted me to try a three some in which I would fuck the wife’s pussy and he would fuck me.
I explained that doesn’t interest me but they didn’t take no as an answer |

Fair enough, you seem to have problems with people wanting to play with your bottie |
