Hi guys. Never really been on fab on the pc but was liking the idea of camming. I know on mobile the quality of the cams is not great (but still good to perve) and obviously I know you can't cam from a mobile, so is the quality better on the pc? Any tips for camming?

The type of Webcam you use, the quality of the pc and connection speed all play a part. Lighting and setting is also important.
Try and get a plug-in cam instead of relying on a built in one. This gives you more freedom for angles and lighting direction. Also think about mountings or stands so you can position it where you want. We found that clamping a piece of wood to the bed frame sticking up gave us a good high mounting point for a slightly downward angle  |

No problem! We used a £5 one from ebay. It did the job just fine but a better one would give nicer results.
Lighting wise, we have a friend who's done some camgirl work. She made her own diffused lighting rig from some led ribbon lights and some white t-shirt material. It helps soften the light so you don't get deep shadows. |

If you want to use your mobile phone camera, you need to go on to fab via puffin browser, and then in to the chat from there.
It is better on the pc though.
