So just been chatting to a user who has been verified by a meet and two cam sessions. All of those who verified this user are also verified.
Been told that they will book a hotel and that I can pay them at the hotel.
This hotel is one where I've been scammed before as I was very stupid. Transferred half the money before meeting them, turned up at the same hotel that this new person had suggested meeting at.
They've given me a number but don't answer the phone and WhatsApp only shows the single tick.
It's all ringing alarm bells for me, what do you all think? |

Go with your gut, but don’t get in the car until they’ve sent you a screenshot of the booking.
And a location from the hotel.
Shame to have to be so suspicious but technology can give you as many reassurances as doubts. |

Sounds dodgy to me....you will be paying for the hotel and the sex...... |

Thanks, they also didn't want to talk on the phone briefly either.
They've since deleted their profile.
Do you think fab needs to do more as they were verified by other users and photo verified too |

I think they do great considering how many people use the site. Catching all the fakes and dodgy people will be like herding cats. They delete one and 3 more join.
People need to take responsibility for themselves. It's not up to Admin to babysit people. |

It’s up to the owners to create an atmosphere where fakes feel completely out of place, and anyone who verifies a fake profile or one that is later reported is investigated/suspended/banned. |

1.It's up to users to do their own checks before meeting. There's advice in the faq section and loads of existing forum threads. Use common sense. Admin aren't here to babysit.
2.Fake profiles that have been reported ARE investigated, suspended and banned.
