I got chatting on here with a new member and when she said she had a business number I got a little suspicious. So I Googled her number and it turns out she is an escort.

When I told her I knew that she was an escort. She got ratty with me saying "and you thought I was going to charge you"

It does seem a bit suspect she gave him her business number, but it's possible she gave him it because that's what she's used to handing out. There could be a number of reasons she gave him that number.

I mean he's the one who started digging into her, I personally wouldn't think anything of it if I was given a business number instead of a personal one. A number is a number.

It'd only bother me if I found out during the meet she was trying to get money out of me. Not for the fact she was trying to get money off me, but more because she deceived me.

I understand why he might be annoyed at that, but he's assuming that she wants money off him, when that might not even be the case.

Your right to be cautious, I've been stung by this kind of deseat for years... There I was meeting women for what I thought was an innocent date/social, I'd pay for the taxi, pay for the drinks, pay for the meal, more drinks, entrance to da club, kebab meat and chips and a taxi home only to get a peck on the cheek.... I’ve come across a few profIKEA which I can only describe as fishing profiles, always insisting on giving out 3rd party “chat” addresses. Found that on these “chat” apps things soon turn to money. Hard to report as guessing without proof on here they get away with fishing for the next poor soul. Thats how i see it too...theres been a few occasions where ive been asked to pay but the individuals never mentioned it in messages here but once we had communication away from the site via whats app then thats when they mention a form of payment and therefore cant be reported as there is no proof.

From my experience most escorts that are on here and have escort profiles on other sites just use fab as another avenue to get buisness, the ones i know off continuously have status's like "££££"

Why people escort on here I will never know. There are sites designed for this, where people know they will have to pay. Seems a bit long drawn out, engaging with people on Fab to then have to go through the motions of explaining that they are in fact escorts. I mean success rate on that alone has got to be crap. There’s a well verified “couple” on here who my FWB recent had the joys of interacting with.
