I alsways wear hold ups, work or play. I swear by debenhams. Tend to pay more for decent stockings as I wouldnt want them falling down at work!! But the quality is in the price!

For hold ups to stay up even under vigorous conditions you need staysput body glue. Easy to find just google it.

Also makes them last longer as once their washed they generally won't stay up again.

I wear thicker denier hold ups in the winter, again means they last for ages not just one time wear.

Tried and tested for 3 years never lets me down

when you wash hold ups don't use fabric conditioner as it stops the silicone sticking. Also, when you wear them don't use body lotion or body spray either for the same reason.

try Evans, they had a load that were really good, and for me i really struggle because im taller and wider too so double trouble when it comes to hold ups and stockings. or online, search for plus size hold ups.

I buy Jasper Conran ones from Debenhams which cost £10-£12 per pair but they are brilliant, they don't slip and they last for ages

Find Ann Summers and Marks & Spencer the best.

Used to like Asda Fishnet Hold Ups till they changed the thickness of the top. The last pair I brought kept rolling down.
