Just douched for a meet done it hundreds of times thinking I might be getting anal problem occurred today never thought I had piles but for 1st time in my life seems I have them or did I do something wrong advice guys and girls
PS got proper kit and meticulous clean after and before re use |

I'm fully aware of that
I have never had them before to my knowledge and have douched hundreds of times over many years
The look on my face must of been a picture when I squatted over a mirror been googling piles all day lol |

if not getting better amd getting worse go to doctors. I once had them , after applying the hemorrhoid cream for a couple of days I got a very nice tingly feeling from them lol it was the cream working. Forgot to mention wash area after toilet keep spotlessly clean xt |

It's definitely piles got cream bum hole no go zone lucky my doctor knows what I get up to and he was in the chemist and told me to pop in and see him 1st he regularly gives me my sex Heath checks |
