I let mine return when it's ready.
We all have dips in our mojo, and you cannot force it to return. It will, when you are ready. And sometimes one just fluctuates between mojo-ish and mojo-less... |

I used to hide away for ages and wait for it to come back "naturally" on its own. But I eventually realised that this was costing me huge swathes of my life, and now I try to get back on the horse as quickly as possible.
A very good friend once gave me some advice, when I was beating myself up over some nonsense or other. He said, treat yourself with the same compassion and patience and understanding that you would extend to anybody else. Easier said than done but keeping that in mind gets me through a lot of bad times. |

For the last 15 years my mantra has been that you only get one life and the one you get is short enough as it is. If your mojo is on a sabbatical, don't worry about it, see it as an opportunity to do other things that you enjoy and make you happy for a little while instead. A happy bear is a playful bear!
Sending good vibes your way fella

Not sure if fab swingers is the greatest site to help restore mojo, I know sometimes our mojo is effected by feeling ugly and unsexy. When you try making contact with people and keep getting turned down it can knock the confidence even further which in turns lowers the mojo. However in the same breath I find a good sexy meet can respark the mojo for us. |

Mine went for a while end of last year /beginning of this, due to illness.
I just let it return on its own and thankfully Jack understood and wasn't too bothered about us having meets.
I think most of us go through it,hope you enjoy your time away and come back all refreshed.

Try the gym or cycling, exercise releases feel good endorphins and you will be felling and looking better before you know it. Plus there's always hot chicks in yoga pants. Triple win lol. Chin up buddy |

Lost mine a few years ago, but only for a few months. Realising you've lost it is pretty much the major first step to getting it back. You can't languish. You need to get straight back on that saddle.
Losing a bit of weight I'd put on pretty much sorted it. As soon as people start asking if you've lost weight and you start feeling better about yourself your mojo comes screaming back. |

I can loose mine occasionally and whenever I do it seems like everyone else on here are having the time of their lives, which really doesn't help.
So.......I take a little step back from here and spend time and chatting to those who genuinely care about me.
My mojo usually then returns pretty quickly of its own accord. |
