If anyone speaks to a couple based in Suffolk who's username I can't mention because the site frowns upon things like that, and they ask you to go to a house No. 4 ******* Road, NR33 *** DO NOT GO. (I've left this as partial information for obvious reasons).

The pensioner who lives in that house has had people turn up every weekend for a few weeks now, and she's sick of it and close to police involvement (she asked me to report it).

I've reported the user on here to the site (the user weirdly apologised last night and then blocked me) but the profile is still live on Fab for some reason, despite me reporting them to Admin twice.

Feedback on Fab isn't great so I'm posting this on here, but apologies if this is the wrong course of action - people like this need to be removed from this website immediately.

Not only is it a waste of genuine people's time, but it's harassment as well.

Deep in the New Forest

That's just wrong on so many levels. But if they get removed what's stopping them starting a new profile?

Old lady needs to get the police involved, or presumably if you were on your way to their house you have their number and you can contact the police?

Just goes to show how this place attracts the oddballs in society. What could they possibly have against an old lady to do that to her.

How is it the site's fault?

OP report to the police.

I don't know why they're doing it and the old lady said she wasn't aware she'd upset anyone to want to harass her either.

I've been emailed by other users since posting this with a similar experience, so it appears there's someone on here with a grievance.

Whatever the story I want no part in it, but it does need to be addressed by the site and be reported by anyone else it happens to.

As someone above says, of course they can just start a new profile, but I still feel duty bound to report it.

Again, apologies to the site admin if this thread causes you an issue - I'm merely trying to take some responsibility.

I think a lot of the scumbags are now coming from a certain list that has now closed it adult section. This was full of weirdos and as this is a free site they now come here.

Fab can't really do anything apart from deleting the profile.

And you can bet they will be back with another profile.

I would report it to the police as they will have the power to investigate and prosecute if necessary.

Its only free if you dnt do site support. I never speak to anyone who doesn't.

Dreadful behaviour and so embarrassing for all concerned

"

So why are you posting about it?"

Because it's a warning to fellow site users. I was merely saying I don't want to be part of it from here on in as the experience itself was not good.

Try and post positive comments please. There's enough negativity in the subject matter of this thread.

I would try and gather as much info as you can, phone numbers etc, as they will just get their profile deleted, and pop up again.

This is something the Police need to deal with if its going to be stopped.

Good on you for posting it, must be awful for the elderly lady too.

To be honest I only lost a couple of hours of my time, so for me it wasn't the end of the world apart from feeling a bit daft for not checking them out more thoroughly.

I've been doing this long enough to know what's what but I let my guard down.

The worry is that there could be something more sinister going on and I have had emails on here about some heavy shit happening to people that has gone unreported.

I think it's good of you to try and help. If it's happened to other people, the details in your OP might encourage them to report- and more info the police can get will help catch them. Good for you.

Not fab but a mate of mine arrived for a date at a country pub to meet a hubby a hot wife that hubby was dropping off.

He was sure I t was a set up and no wive existed.

Saw a dodgy guy in the car park and approached him but the guy sped off, seems like he got off on it

Mate learned his lesson re asking to talk to the wife etc, it was always the man.

This isn’t a practical option either - with most ISPs all you need do is reboot your router and you will get a new IP address, very few users have a static IP. If they are using their mobile this is almost impossible to do.
