I see myself as an ordinary guy, but i seem to take ages to cum.. Im bi but it doesnt seem to matter whether its with m/f.. im always last to cum. I find that the only way i can cum quicker is for my partner to play with my ass hole, is this normal.. |

This isn't intended as a pun, but there's always a backdoor to orgasm if there's any sort of difficulties normally - beit physical or psychological (like roleplay).
There's all sorts of reasons for delays - not being able to relax until your partner's satisfied or other stressors outside of the bedroom in daily life that subconciously carry over into the bedroom. Nervousness, lack of sleep, physical exhaustion... a whole raft of things that can get in the way of the normal process. Some have even trained themselves deliberately not to orgasm. This training can be very difficult to undo and has a habit of running away with itself.
One way to bring things forward is to actually think about orgasm itself - sensation leading up to and the tremendous rush that goes with it, the whole act and how it impacts your sexual partner...
You are perfectly normal by the way. Don't for one moment think otherwise. Everyone is individual and has their own triggers, goes through there own phases in sexual function, thinking and so on...
