Too much?

I have read up on profiles, and asked for advice before - so I'm sorry to ask again!

Honest review of my profile please!

Is it alright, too long, or do I sound like a nob?

Thank you!

I tried to read your profile but didn't get very far, this was because it was long. You need to keep your profile short, sweet and straight to the point. If anyone is interested in you then they will ask questions to get to know better

Well I asked for honesty!

Thanks everyone. I also had some PMs, and made some changes.

There is still some stuff I've been advised to remove, and I'm seriously considering it.

It's so hard to get your personality across, keep it short and yet still stand out.

Any advice always welcome.

Thanks everyone!

I like your profile text. Not drivel at all !

I’m not keen on your pictures though. You need some better ones.

Good luck OP.

I liked it, I'm no profile expert, more ground crew than Top Gun

I had a habit of waffling on too much in my profile and messages and cutting down a bit has helped.

Can you write your own cv or shopping list

Of course you can .

Men and only men use thsee threads all the time just to get attention .

Never see one from a woman .

If you can't put a few honest lines together about yourself if kind of indicates and puts out the message of probably not worth meeting if he can't even write his own profile ..

Nice!

Of course it's to get attention, not from this thread though. From my profile.

And I have put honest lines about myself together...but it's about more than that isn't it?

Be yourself, not what other people would like you to be.

I liked it, its different and not the normal rubbish most men write on their profiles.

I like that your honest about being attached, allows people to make their own mind up about meeting you or not.

As above, more/better pictures would be good.

Good luck

Poppy

Thanks everyone!

The personality colour thing is a bit obscure, but it's supposed to give an idea of what kind of person you are. It seems to be a good guide of which kind of job you can fit into - if you believe it.
