"before a meet would it be better to have a wank and last longer or wait till meet"
Well it depends on the type of meet, I am guessing you are meeting either a single lady or a couple. I believe that having a wank when you arrive, is bad form |

I couldn't have a wank before a meet.
I've gotten to that age where I need some time to recover.
Turning up and asking for a brew, a toast and the telly control is seen as bad form I'm told ! |
